If Windows doesn’t automatically find a new driver after the printer is added, look for one on the device manufacturer's website and follow their installation instructions. Note:
The exe file copies only the driver files on the PC and only afterwards the installation will be started. Other programmes are not installed.
ntprint.inf for server installations
To be able to supply a 32-bit driver parallel to the 64-bit driver (and vice versa) on a 64-bit server, neutral installation packages are required in addition to the normal driver. Prior to installing a 32-bit driver, the 32-bit ntprint.inf package must also be unzipped and selected if the wizard asks for this.
